Job summary

Jacobs Management Group is seeking a Senior Director, Corporate Engineering for a growing regenerative medicine CDMO. The role builds and leads Process/Manufacturing and Packaging Engineering across every U.S. site, reporting to the EVP of Operations. On-site in Florida preferred, with up to 30% travel including Europe.

You will own AI, automation, and digital manufacturing roadmap, drive process development, scale-up, and validation, and oversee capital project governance across sites.
