The Senior Director, Corporate Communications is responsible for leading Clarios' global corporate communications strategy and execution to strengthen the company's reputation, enhance employee engagement, support business transformation, and position Clarios as the global leader in advanced energy storage solutions. This role serves as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, driving integrated communication strategies across internal communications, executive communications, external communications, media relations, digital content, crisis communications, thought leadership, and corporate storytelling. The Senior Director will lead a global team and partner closely with regional communications leaders, HR, Marketing, Investor Relations, Government Affairs, Sustainability, and business leaders to ensure consistent, compelling, and aligned messaging that advances Clarios' strategic priorities worldwide.
Preferred: Master's degree or MBA preferred.
