You will guide regulatory-compliant contracting activities and collaborate across departments to build a robust network that supports IEHP’s growth and financial stability.

The role emphasizes leadership in network contracting, oversight of performance metrics, and advancement of quality programs including HEDIS, CAHPS, and NCQA Accreditation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in network contracting
• 5+ years of leadership experience in contracting leadership
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare and Marketplace payment methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of Provider Contracting
• Lead complex contract negotiations ensuring regulatory alignment
• Collaborate with multiple departments to build a network supporting IEHP’s growth
