Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of regulatory compliance experience in credit/banking/fintech
• 4+ years overseeing a consumer compliance program
• Deep knowledge of lending/banking laws (UDAAP, TILA, ECOA, FCRA, etc.)
• Proven track record guiding CMS and compliance strategy

Responsibilities

• Oversee the consumer compliance program for Gemini's deposit and lending products.
• Advise the credit card business on regulatory considerations and product changes.
• Manage a team of compliance professionals and oversee testing, audits, and reporting.
• Provide regular updates to the Board and governance committees.
• Liaise with sponsor bank partners and respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Conduct risk assessments and oversee Fair Lending programs.
