Job summary

Dexcom, a leader in CGM technology, seeks a Senior Director of Software Engineering for Consumer Applications to guide the portfolio, strategy, and delivery of customer-facing software at scale.

You will build and mentor cross-functional teams, implement modern practices (CI/CD, automated testing, AI-enabled workflows), and collaborate with architecture and platform leaders to infuse data and AI into future product experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 17+ years of industry experience.
• Degree in a technical discipline required.
• 13+ years of successful management experience in relevant industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable organizational structures and engineering capabilities aligned to a Product Operating Model.
• Lead engineering teams with end-to-end ownership and accountability for customer outcomes.
• Drive modern engineering practices including CI/CD pipelines, AI-assisted development, automated testing, and reliable software delivery at scale.
• Partner with architecture and platform leaders to incorporate cloud, data, and AI-enabled capabilities into future product experiences.
