AVP of Global Capital and Real Estate
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director - Construction and Engineering Services Capital Procurement to lead engagement with Construction Managers, Design Builders, EPC/EPCMs, and Architectural and Engineering firms. This role involves negotiating deals and developing our supply base to support a $27B capital portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience negotiating construction service agreements for mega industrial projects.
You will collaborate with design, construction, project controls, contracts, and legal teams to facilitate the delivery of new life sciences manufacturing sites. The focus is on planning and executing procurement and commercial activities for capital projects, negotiating critical contracts, and developing regional strategies aligned with company goals.

Compensation for this role ranges from $150,000 to $220,000, depending on experience and location. Full-time employees are eligible for bonuses, 401(k), health benefits, and other perks. Lilly reserves the right to modify compensation and benefits at its discretion.
