Job summary

Omnicom is seeking a Senior Group Director, Communications Design to lead the client group and champion the adoption of advanced communications design principles across planning initiatives. You will guide idea-led, culturally empowered ecosystems that drive effectiveness for major accounts.

You will direct a design team, collaborate with external agencies and internal strategy partners, and oversee architecture, analytics, and delivery across owned, earned, shared & paid media.

Qualifications

• Experience in an integrated planning role in media, publisher/vendor, or communications.
• Experience with high budget clients in linear video and CTV Upfront.
• Skilled at using tools for optimizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain senior client relationships.
• Strong organizational, analytical and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with new business planning and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead design counsel for clients during annual planning and major projects.
• Ensure product excellence across planning initiatives for designated clients.
• Promote best-in-class design approaches and adherence to planning processes.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to ensure creative quality and strategic fit.
• Oversee architecture development, analytics strategy, and ecosystem delivery across OESP.
• Maintain output quality and consistency of the design team’s work.
• Drive profitable integration of leadership within the design team.
• Expand scope and talent on client assignments; support new business pitches.
