Omnicom Group seeks a Group Director, Communications Design to lead the next generation of planning and drive design-led, culturally empowered communications ecosystems for major clients. You will counsel on annual planning, oversee design excellence, and coordinate with external partners and internal teams to ensure creative and strategic fit across initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an integrated planning role in media, publisher/vendor or communications discipline (digital, content).
• Experience with high budget clients in linear video and CTV Upfront.
• Skilled at utilizing tools for optimizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain senior client/vendor relationships.
• Strong organizational, analytical and leadership skills.
• Strong experience in new business planning and presentations.

Aufgaben

• Act as lead design counsel for clients at annual planning or key projects.
• Responsible for communications design product excellence across major planning initiatives.
• Lead the team’s adoption of best-in-class communications design approaches and innovation.
• Oversee collaboration with external partners and internal strategy and partnerships teams.
• Oversee development of connections architecture, analytics strategy and ecosystem delivery across OESP.
• Ensure best-in-class quality and consistency of outputs from the design team.
• Ensure profitable integration of SBU leadership within design team.
• Grow scope to appropriate staffing levels and up-leveled talent on client assignments.
• Manage product outcomes for new business proposals, including casting talent and brainstorming.
