Client is seeking a Director or Senior Director of Collective Investment Fund Operations to lead the operational foundation of its CIT/CIF platform. The position level will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience and capabilities.
The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end fund operations, including fund accounting oversight, Net Asset Value (NAV) support, capital activity, trading and settlement, operational onboarding, service-provider relationships, financial reporting support, and risk management.
This leader will combine strong technical fund operations expertise with sound judgment, analytical ability, and a continuous-improvement mindset. The role requires someone who can maintain reliable daily execution while also developing scalable processes, strengthening controls, resolving complex issues, and preparing the platform for growth.

They understand NAV oversight, fund accounting, reconciliation, capital activity, trading and settlement, operational controls, and retirement-plan requirements.
They can coordinate effectively with custodians, trustees, fund accountants, transfer agents, and sub-advisors while managing complex operational issues and improving service quality. The strongest candidates will demonstrate a track record of improving workflows, strengthening controls, supporting audits and financial reporting, and onboarding new funds or clients.
