You will accelerate Acxiom’s transformation by delivering marketing solutions on industry-leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, developers, and analysts to design and develop data, analytics, and AI solutions. Operating in a client-facing role, you will lead programs to modernize solutions and migrate them to the cloud, managing the entire lifecycle from high-level vision to full-scale delivery.

What You Will Have

• Experience leading program management for large-scale cloud modernization projects, including planning, delivery, tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to define governance models and establish management cadences for solution delivery.
• Skills in risk assessment and management, with the ability to develop mitigation plans.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage solution delivery.
• Capability to serve as an escalation point for issues and risks.

What You Will Do

• Leadership experience with cross-functional, dispersed teams and third-party systems integrators.
• Strong quantitative assessment and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of the Cloud marketplace, especially Snowflake and Databricks.
• Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps cultures.
• Experience delivering real-time, event-driven data applications.
• Strategic vision for operationalization and roadmap development.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Location

• Remote, preferably in Texas or Arkansas, within the continental US.
