Job Description

You will accelerate Acxiom's transformation to deliver marketing solutions on industry-leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Google, Snowflake, and Databricks. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams comprising architects, engineers, developers, and analysts to design and develop data, analytics, and AI solutions. Operating in a client-facing role, you will lead programs to modernize Acxiom's solutions and migrate them to the cloud. You will play a critical role in the end-to-end lifecycle of initiatives, from high-level vision to full-scale delivery of solutions to clients. This leadership role requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and operational acumen to drive business results and foster client success.

Location: This role can be located almost anywhere in the U.S.

What You Will Have

• Lead program management of large-scale cloud modernization projects, including planning, delivery, tracking, reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Define and implement governance models for solution delivery and establish management cadences.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, building mitigation plans as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to track and manage solution delivery.
• Serve as an escalation point for issue resolution and risk management.
• Ensure alignment of program deliverables with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Scale global operations, focusing on offshore capabilities and processes.
• Consult with architects and engineers on project planning and future enhancements.
• Engage directly in resolving client issues to maintain satisfaction and trust.
• Mentor project managers and team members to develop technical and interpersonal skills.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve program objectives.

What You Will Do

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• 12+ years of experience in program management, client services, or management consulting.
• Proven track record in delivering marketing-related digital transformation projects, including cloud migrations.
• Experience leading cross-functional, dispersed teams and working with third-party systems integrators.
• Strong quantitative assessment, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
• High-level knowledge of the Cloud marketplace, especially Snowflake and/or Databricks.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Extensive experience with Agile and DevOps cultures.
• Experience in delivering real-time, event-driven data applications.
• Ability to develop operational roadmaps and facilitate strategic discussions.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Location: Remote, continental US (preferably in Texas or Arkansas)
