Job summary

Oracle is recruiting a Supply Chain Planner for OCI to establish end-to-end planning cadence and translate deployment signals into executable plans for Oracle components, racks, and service inventory.

This IC4 role requires 6-10+ years in hardware supply chain planning, with experience in cloud infrastructure and fusion planning tools. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure deployment readiness and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in supply chain planning or related hardware supply chain roles.
• Experience planning complex cloud infrastructure hardware with external manufacturing partners.
• Strong ability to balance demand, supply, capacity, lead time, and deployment priorities.
• Experience with product transitions, clean-to-build, or RMA planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated supply plan connecting forecasts, component requirements, manufacturing commitments, and deployment priorities.
• Translate customer rack forecasts into time-phased demand for assemblies and components, including BOM usage and inventory positioning.
• Establish regular planning cadence and execute with cross-functional teams; reconcile plan vs actual and drive recovery actions.
• Validate customer-provided racks are aligned to deployment requirements, including data, identifiers, and in-country delivery milestones.
• Plan and monitor supply and delivery status of Oracle-provided components to designated integrators; identify gaps early.
• Define planning requirements for tracking non-Oracle racks and service components through receipt to return.
• Support FRU and seedstock planning, including replenishment triggers and end-of-life disposition.
• Deliver concise, executive-ready views of supply health and mitigation progress; escalate with recommendations.
