Job summary

DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Services for the Mid-Atlantic market to set clinical strategy, oversee education, and drive outcomes across 400+ clinics and hospital programs. This role reports to the Group VP and requires hands-on field leadership across multi-site operations.

The ideal candidate has a BSN, an RN license, and 10+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience in regulated healthcare, with strong data-driven decision making and travel readiness

Qualifications

• BSN required, advanced degree preferred. Current RN license required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive clinical leadership experience, including demonstrated success leading leaders, driving clinical outcomes, and scaling initiatives across multi-site operations.
• Experience working within a highly regulated healthcare environment; dialysis, nephrology, ambulatory, or other complex multi-site healthcare experience preferred.
• Strategic clinical planning capabilities and data driven decision making.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% throughout the Mid-Atlantic market.

Responsibilities

• Set the clinical strategy for a large, multi-site market and operationalize strategic initiatives across ~400+ dialysis clinics and hospital programs.
• Drive high-quality outcomes, patient safety, and clinical education in partnership with senior leadership.
• Lead the Clinical Landscape and alignment for outcomes, quality and safety in collaboration with the Group VP.
