The ideal candidate will bring a BSN with RN licensure and 10+ years of progressive clinical leadership, including scaling initiatives across multiple sites and regulated healthcare

Qualifications

• BSN required and RN license is mandatory.
• At least 10 years of progressive clinical leadership experience.
• Experience with multi-site operations in regulated healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Set the clinical strategy and operationalize initiatives.
• Drive quality outcomes, patient safety, and clinical education across the market.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Travel approximately 50% across the Mid-Atlantic market.
