Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Clinical Scientist at Director/Senior Director level to lead and contribute to solid tumor clinical development programs. You will design and interpret studies, collaborate with medical directors, and drive data-driven decisions in a cross-functional environment.

The role requires 5+ years in drug development, an advanced degree, and solid tumor oncology experience. Base salary ranges from $218,000 to $255,000 with comprehensive benefits and a focus on scientific

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in drug development as a clinical scientist or related role in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Advanced degree (e.g. MS, PharmD., PhD) or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience in late phase solid tumor oncology is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, EDC systems (e.g. Medidata RAVE), and data review tools.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH Guidelines and current US FDA regulations.
• Willingness to work Eastern Time Zone (US) hours.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Data Management & Safety: perform data review, analysis, and interpretation of study results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure patient safety and data integrity.
• Author study protocols, ICFs/amendments, and regulatory documents as needed.
• Maintain and submit trial documentation to TMF and respond to IRBs/ERCs as required.
• Lead or support trial-level activities with supervision as needed.
