Immunome, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Project Management to lead the CPD function across the company’s clinical trial portfolio.

You will drive strategic planning, mentor project delivery leads, and partner with QA, CROs, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant trial execution. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of clinical project management experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
Demonstrated experience building, training, and leading project delivery/CPD teams.
Expertise in study timeline development, enrollment forecasting/tracking, and trial risk management.
Proven track record managing complex, multi-study portfolios in pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

Lead CPD team with strategic vision and governance for on-time, on-budget trial delivery.
Oversee study timelines, enrollment graphs, dashboards, and KPI reporting for portfolio decisions.
Manage CPD team performance, vendor relationships, and risk mitigation across trials.
Support regulatory submissions and cross-functional program execution with quality assurance alignment.
Drive resource planning, budget forecasting, and department growth to support expanding portfolio.
