Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA seeks a Senior Director Clinical Pharmacy to lead regional hospital pharmacy services.

This full-time role oversees strategy, operations, and quality of care, reporting to the Regional Executive Pharmacy Director. The candidate will bring California Pharmacist Registration, 5 years of pharmacy leadership experience, and 3 years of management expertise to drive improvements in patient outcomes and collaboration with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accredited College of Pharmacy.
• California Pharmacist Registered upon hire.
• 5 years Pharmacy experience in applicable area.
• 3 years Management experience.
• PharmD or equivalent education/experience (preferred).
• Master's MPH or MBA (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee regional pharmacy services strategy, design, operation and improvement.
• Collaborate with the Regional Executive Pharmacy Director for oversight and planning.
• Guide pharmacy leadership to enhance patient care outcomes and interdepartmental collaboration.

Senior Director Clinical Pharmacy - Pharmacy at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. This position is Full-time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.
