The position requires eight years in administrative/financial operations and four years of supervisory experience, plus strong leadership and change-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, finance, marketing, accounting, human resources, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Eight (8) years of experience in administrative and financial operations.
• Four (4) years of supervisory or management experience.
• Annual financial disclosure required by Maryland State Law.
• Knowledge of regulations and laws; ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Direct all clinical business operations and administration of a large clinical unit.
• Establish strategic long-term goals and objectives.
• Manage HR, Finance, and facilities within the Clinical department.
• Negotiate contracts and expand clinical services.
• Oversee recruitment, performance, and training of staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies.
