Job summary

Lindus Health Limited is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Operations to own the clinical delivery of one asset from start-up through close-out, ensuring quality, regulatory execution and on-budget delivery. You will lead the ClinOps team and help shape SOPs for the broader portfolio.

You will influence systems (EDC, CTMS, eTMF), collaborate with the CMO and VP Operations, and drive risk-based decisions for FDA-facing studies within a high-growth, VC-funded startup.

Qualifications

15+ years in clinical operations with hands-on delivery across multiple Phase 2 trials.
Experience with complex neurology trials, ideally in Parkinson's disease.
Experience making real-time safety, quality and regulatory judgments across trials.
Track record in senior review and sign-off on essential trial documents and in designing SOPs/processes.

Responsibilities

Own the delivery of the trial for one asset from start-up to close-out.
Line-manage the Clinical Program Manager and proactively mitigate risks.
Contribute to SOPs, quality standards and portfolio-level decision making.
