Job summary

Centric Software is seeking a Project Director to lead planning projects within Centric Planning for fashion and retail clients. You will manage cross‑functional teams, ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery and high customer satisfaction across international, home‑based teams.

The role requires extensive IT project management experience, a commercial mindset, and the ability to present to a wide range of stakeholders from administrators to C‑suite.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Project Management.
• Experience in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail industries.
• Commercial mindset, understanding Centric and customer priorities.
• Ability to present to customer roles from admin to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Define the project plan and articulate the tasks and resources to carry it out.
• Monitor progress and share indicators with internal teams and customers.
• Manage the Centric Planning project team and partners in execution.
• Oversee collection of client requirements and create delivery plans with resources.
• Monitor time and expenses to ensure project profitability.
• Prepare and present project steering committee materials in alignment with the Client Project Director.
• Draft and maintain SOWs essential to projects.
• Collaborate with key client users to capture requirements and support execution.
• Ensure good configuration practices and participate in application design.
• Manipulate software / manage configurations to facilitate agile workshops.
• Consolidate requirements for product extensions and coordinate with R&D.

About The Team

The Centric planning team are leading the market in the delivery of first-class planning solutions for the fashion and retail industries. A dynamic and driven team of technical and business experts delivering end-to-end planning systems and driving customer project success. The teams are all home based in different countries around the World. The role reportsintothe Global Senior Client Services Director.

Responsibilities

• The responsibility of the Project Director on a Centric Planning project is to ensure theallproject inhis portfolioaredelivered with all three of these metrics met:

• On time delivery

• On budget delivery

• High customer satisfaction

• Define the project plan and articulate the tasks and resources of the projectin order tocarry it out.

• Monitor the progress of the project and its indicators to ensure that it is shared internally as well as with our customers.

• Manage the Centric Planning project team and potential partners in the execution of their task.

• Oversee the collection of client requirements and create a plan for delivery, using Centric business and technical consultant resourcesallocatedto the project. Articulate the tasks and resources of the projectin order tocarryout it.

• Monitor Centric consultation time and expenses incurred and ensure the profitability of the project.

• Prepare,organizeand present the project steering committee in alignment and agreement with the Client Project Director.

• Draft andmaintainservice offers (SOW) essential to projects.

• Work with key client-side users to capture requirements when needed and support execution with the rest of the project team.

• Ensure the application of good configuration practices andparticipatein application design.

• Manipulate the software / manage configurationsin order tofacilitateagile workshops if necessary.

• Consolidaterequirements for product extensions and work with R&D to define target functions.
