Qualifications

• Extensive experience financing renewable energy projects.
• JD or LL.B with active state bar admission.
• Ability to translate complex legal issues into actionable guidance aligned with commercial objectives.
• Experience leading financing negotiations and team oversight.
• Willingness for occasional business travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee structuring, documentation, and closing of funding transactions across multiple financing mechanisms.
• Counsel on funding strategy and regulatory considerations.
• Coordinate legal guidance between capital raising and project development teams.
• Advise on lender/investor diligence and establish financing procedures.
• Direct teams overseeing financing obligations and tranche allocations.
• Support governance, corporate records, and board activities.
