FTI Consulting seeks a Senior Director in Corporate Finance to lead project workstreams, shape delivery approach, and mentor junior staff. You will drive due diligence, restructuring advisory, and performance improvements for a global client base in energy and infrastructure sectors.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client engagements, and deliver high‑impact financial analyses and presentations while navigating complex market considerations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or any related business field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant post‑graduate professional experience.
• Ability to travel to clients and to FTI offices as needed.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; the employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
• Preferred qualifications: Strong foundation in corporate finance and the energy industry.
• Experience in financial statement analysis and financial modeling.
• Excellent at making complex ideas digestible.
• Ability to develop and apply robust methods to address complex economic and/or financial issues.
• Strong project management skills and experience in managing people and individual work streams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information.
• Experience managing client engagements and providing exceptional client service.
