We're looking for an experienced Senior Director, Channel Operations to join our team. Reporting to the VP, GTM Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for:



  • Developing and executing a global channel operations delivery plan aligned with business objectives

  • Leading and scaling the channel operations team to drive scalable processes and productivity

  • Establishing operational metrics and systems to enhance partner management and enablement

  • Collaborating cross-functionally to improve partner engagement and channel performance

  • Supporting strategy initiatives that drive revenue growth across the global channel ecosystem


What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)



  • 10+ years of experience in channel operations, sales, or partner management within the technology or cybersecurity industry

  • Proven success scaling channel revenue through operational strategies

  • Expertise in Salesforce, PRM tools, Partner Q2C processes, and related systems

  • Strong leadership and team development skills with cross-functional collaboration expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field


What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)



  • MBA or advanced degree

  • Experience with global partners, hyperscalers, or GSIs

  • Proficiency in partner enablement and onboarding processes

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.


The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$196,000$280,000 USD
