Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience is required.
• 8+ years in Risk Management, Project Management, Operations, Compliance, or Process Management.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience.
• 7+ years of experience supporting or partnering with internal business clients.
• Master’s Degree or Juris Doctor preferred.
• 10+ years in Risk Management, Project Management, Operations, Compliance, or Process Management preferred.
• 10+ years of people management experience preferred.
• 5+ years of cross-functional program leadership in risk.

Responsabilités

• Utilize data management metrics and insights to influence senior business leaders in a compelling, action-oriented manner.
• Apply understanding of data governance processes and controls to proactively mitigate risks.
• Provide strategic program leadership and drive program alignment in a matrixed, highly complex regulated environment.
• Spearhead large scale Risk Management Program Management/Governance design and manage risk-focused project plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget while managing risk.
• Communicate program requirements across the organization to internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally with project customers to drive effective project delivery.
• Report on program status, risks, issues and decisions to stakeholders across the company.
