Job Summary

The Denver Broncos Football Club is seeking a Senior Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead a team responsible for data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role focuses on building solutions to increase revenue, enhance fan engagement, and improve operations, aligned with our core values: Growth and Innovation, Grit and Resiliency, Excellence, Integrity, and Accountability.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Insights and Data-Driven Decisions
  • Develop and implement analytical models for strategic decisions, including ticket pricing and fan engagement
  • Utilize statistical modeling, machine learning, AI, and predictive analytics to deliver innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with teams to identify insights and develop real-time dashboards
  • Stay updated with the latest analytics trends and technologies
  1. Data Management and Compliance
  • Lead data strategy, focusing on collection, storage, and management to support revenue and fan experience
  • Implement data management technologies and data governance policies ensuring accuracy and compliance
  1. CRM Systems Management
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to meet business and fan engagement goals
  • Advise teams on leveraging CRM tools and manage system accuracy
  1. Email and SMS Execution
  • Create strategies to enhance engagement via personalized email and SMS campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with marketing regulations
  • Develop compelling content with creative teams
  1. Collaboration and Leadership
  • Partner with stakeholders to align BI & Analytics initiatives with organizational goals
  • Lead innovative projects and stay ahead of industry trends

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree + 5 years in Business Intelligence & Analytics, preferably in sports
  • Experience with forecasting, predictive analytics, CRM, marketing automation, coding languages (SQL, R, Python), data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI), and data management systems (Snowflake)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills; ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Salary range: $175,500 - $193,604, based on qualifications. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
