Overview

We are seeking a Senior Director, Business Integration to lead complex, enterprise-wide integration and transformation initiatives across the organization. This leader will be responsible for translating strategic priorities into executable operating models, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring that major business initiatives deliver their intended financial, operational, and organizational outcomes.

The role will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, M&A, finance, technology, go-to-market, and corporate functions, partnering closely with senior executives and functional leaders. The successful candidate will bring significant experience operating in highly matrixed, fast-growing environments and a demonstrated ability to create structure, accountability, and execution discipline where ownership spans multiple teams.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, cross-functional business integration and enterprise transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Translate executive priorities into clear operating models, implementation plans, governance structures, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish enterprise-wide execution mechanisms that create transparency, accountability, and alignment across business and functional teams.
  • Identify dependencies, execution risks, and organizational barriers and work with senior stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Develop executive‑level scorecards and reporting to provide visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and business impact.
M&A Integration
  • Lead integration planning and execution for acquisitions, strategic investments, partnerships, and other corporate transactions.
  • Partner with Corporate Development and functional leaders during due diligence to identify integration requirements, risks, synergies, and value‑creation opportunities.
  • Develop integration strategies that balance value capture with preservation of critical capabilities, talent, customer relationships, and organizational culture.
  • Establish integration governance, functional workstreams, decision frameworks, and post‑close operating cadences.
  • Track synergy realization, business performance, organizational milestones, and overall transaction objectives.
Operating Model & Organizational Scale
  • Design and implement scalable operating models that enable growth while strengthening organizational effectiveness and governance.
  • Build frameworks, playbooks, and repeatable processes for managing complex business integrations and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner across Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Procurement, Security, Operations, and other corporate functions to integrate business processes and infrastructure.
  • Support international and organizational expansion by establishing scalable processes and operating mechanisms.
  • Balance enterprise standards and governance requirements with the needs of fast‑moving business units.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Lead large‑scale initiatives where accountability may be centralized but execution and authority are distributed across multiple functions.
  • Build strong partnerships with executives, business leaders, and functional stakeholders to drive decisions and maintain execution momentum.
  • Establish clear decision rights, escalation mechanisms, and operating rhythms for complex programs.
  • Influence stakeholders across organizational boundaries without relying solely on formal authority.
  • Create a culture of disciplined execution while maintaining flexibility in rapidly changing environments.

  • Define success metrics and ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify revenue, cost, productivity, operating efficiency, and organizational effectiveness opportunities.
  • Establish mechanisms for tracking benefits realization and ensuring commitments remain visible after implementation.
  • Partner with Finance and business leadership to monitor financial and operational performance against agreed objectives.
