Worldwide Clinical Trials in the United States is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to lead strategic client relationships in the clinical research sector. You will design solution‑driven capabilities, deliver proposals, and travel as needed to pursue new business opportunities in a global market.

You will have a proven track record in building productive client relationships in the clinical research or health sciences industries. The post holder will be able to achieve and maintain effective client relationships. They must be able to design and deliver powerful solution‑driven capabilities and proposal defense presentations in collaboration with highly skilled clinical and operational personnel; create business opportunities through client needs identification and relationship building; and proactively work with customer and project teams to resolve client concerns by helping to create specific action plans that support the customer and the project team. Makes sales calls to prospective new clients to initiate new business relationships. Utilizes strategies and implements tactics to persuade prospective sponsors to contract with Worldwide Clinical Trials. Coordinates efforts for responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). Represents Worldwide Clinical Trials at industry‑related conferences and trade shows.

United States of America - $164,000.00 - $326,000.00
The salary range provided is intended to give candidates an understanding of potential earnings. Compensation will fall within the provided range, and it not a guarantee of exact salary. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, we offer a competitive benefits package depending on location. We ensure pay equity and transparency and comply with all applicable labor laws.
