We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Director, Business Development to join our team, specializing in identifying and qualifying opportunities within the Federal sector, with expertise within the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of shepherding new opportunities from identification to win. This individual will have experience with the front end of the BD process (networking, attending events, etc) through to putting together a winning team, red team reviews, and finally winning new work.
Required Experience/Skills:
The likely salary range for this position is $150,000 - $xxx. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.
