Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

Our ecosystem enables connected warfare with disproportional impact by connecting every robot, human, and sensor in every domain, bringing together hundreds of thousands of endpoints across the globe.
Within Connected Warfare, the Army portfolio encompasses some of the largest and most consequential programs in modern defense including NGC2 and TITAN. These programs sit at the intersection of mission command, fires, and intelligence—the operational convergence that is reshaping how the Army fights.
Overview: As the Army Growth Leader, you will own the growth strategy, customer relationships, and capture execution for Anduril’s Army mission command and C2 portfolio end-to-end. You will be responsible for maintaining the NGC2 scale plan, expanding TITAN, and positioning the company to apply Lattice as the Army’s Intelligence Data Layer.
This is a hands‑on capture role, not a strategy-and-coordination position. You will personally shape requirements with PAE and CPE leadership, execute aggressive capture campaigns, and cultivate the customer relationships that turn Anduril from a program participant into an enduring platform owner. You must understand how intelligence feeds into fires and command workflows at an operational depth that commands immediate credibility with general officer and senior civilian leadership.
