Job summary

Tolmar Inc. seeks a Director of Manufacturing - Bulking to lead Cornerstone bulking operations, including Paliperidone, Syringe A and B, and Polymer.

The role ensures safe, compliant, reliable, and efficient execution across aseptic and non-aseptic activities, driving schedule delivery, quality, and continuous improvement. Leading through managers and frontline leaders, this position partners with Quality, Engineering, MS&T, Validation, and Supply Chain to strengthen process control and sustain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, biological sciences, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or related STEM field.
• Ten+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including sterile or aseptic operations.
• Significant leadership experience of managers or multi-shift teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for Cornerstone bulking operations.
• Own the production schedule across Paliperidone, Syringe A/B, and Polymer portfolios.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP, data integrity, contamination control, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
