Tolmar Inc. seeks a Director Manufacturing - Bulking for the Cornerstone site to provide end‑to‑end leadership of aseptic and non‑aseptic bulking operations, including Paliperidone, Syringe A/B, and Polymer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biological sciences, chemistry, or related STEM field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in regulated manufacturing, including production operations.
• 5+ years of people-leadership experience across multi-shift teams.
• Experience in sterile or aseptic manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for Cornerstone bulking operations.
• Own execution of the production schedule across bulking portfolio.
• Establish operating standards and performance management across shifts.
• Monitor safety, quality, delivery, cost, capacity and metrics.
• Ensure operations are inspection-ready and compliant with cGMP and contamination-control.
