Candidate Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in communication, public health, life science
  • More than 10 years of experience in communication in pharma industry
  • Establishedtrack recordof delivering impactful,integrated corporate affairs strategies and plans in support of business prioritiesacross multiple channels and stakeholders with demonstrable measures of success
  • Hasa track recordofcreating and developingnetworks, with an entrepreneurial approach and desire to challenge the status quo
  • Understands theUSLife-sciences and / orBostonecosystem,and canadeptlynavigate and understand the challenges and opportunitiesthey present
  • Broad, multi-channel communication experience including media, events, digital, change and crisis communications
  • Working knowledge of theUSpolitical and media environment.
  • Experience ofmanaging different internal and external stakeholder relationships.Confident around senior leaders. Comfortable delivering contrary viewpoint when necessary

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $171,704 to $257,554.Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
