Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of facilities/lab operations leadership, including 4+ years in a lead role.
• Experience at biotech/pharma companies with chemistry, biology lab and vivarium environments.
• Hands-on leadership style; builds systems and processes for scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, implementation, and performance across real estate, lab and office operations, safety, and security.
• Lead lab and space planning, including capital projects, to support growth.
• Engage stakeholders to implement integrated systems for efficient, safe lab operations.
• Mentor direct reports and foster a strong safety and quality culture.
