Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline required; PhD strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in pharma/biotech or academic research with substantial clinical drug development.
• Deep expertise in applied statistics and the design/analysis of complex datasets (imaging or data-intensive endpoints).
• Proficiency with multiple software platforms including at least two of SAS, R, SPSS, or STATA.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical leadership for study design and methodologies across clinical programs.
• Oversee data management and programming to ensure data quality and archival integrity.
• Lead statistical programming and analysis across studies; develop SAPs and TLF shells.
• Authors and reviews statistical sections of clinical documents and supports regulatory deliverables.
• Manage external biostatistics programming vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
