Job summary

Bausch + Lomb (NYSE/TSX: BLCO) seeks a senior bioanalytical leader to shape strategy across small and large molecules, oversee CRO partnerships, and guide the potential internal non-GLP lab build, ensuring data integrity and regulatory defensibility.

The role requires GLP/GCP experience, strong leadership, and collaboration with Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality teams to advance ocular therapeutics from discovery through NDA submissions.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology, or immunology with 10+ years industry experience.
• Or an M.S. with 14+ years, or a B.S. with 16+ years.
• Demonstrated bioanalytical leadership across small and large molecules.
• Experience with GLP-regulated bioanalysis and regulatory content.

Responsibilities

• Define and own integrated bioanalytical strategies across modalities.
• Represent bioanalysis on cross-functional program teams.
• Author bioanalytical sections of INDs, NDAs and BLAs; respond to health authority questions.
• Own CRO governance and oversee outsourced method development and data quality.
• Plan and potentially build an internal non-GLP laboratory with roadmap and investment.
• Lead and mentor a team of scientists; ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
