Job summary

People Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Operations & Supply Chain to build and lead end-to-end operations for a new CPG beverage brand.

You will own the physical life cycle from commercialization and sourcing through production, inventory, warehousing, shipping and replenishment, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance and manufacturing. This hands-on leader will create scalable systems and relationships with co-manufacturers, vendors and 3PLs, translating forecasts into production

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in operations, supply chain or manufacturing with 7+ years in beverage.
• Direct beverage manufacturing experience, preferably RTD/non-alcoholic/beverage packaging.
• Experience with co-manufacturers and external supply-chain partners.
• Strong knowledge of COGS, landed cost, budgets and working capital.
• Builder mentality for rapid infrastructure build.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations from commercialization through production and replenishment.
• Build the supply chain, vendor network and processes to launch and scale.
• Translate forecasts into production, inventory and capacity plans.
• Manage sourcing and external partners across ingredients, packaging, co-manufacturers, warehouses, 3PLs and freight.
• Collaborate with VP/GM on commercialization of new products and formats.
• Partner with quality, regulatory and technical for food safety and compliance.
• Own inventory, warehousing, fulfillment and transportation across channels.
• Own COGS and landed cost while monitoring KPIs.
