You will lead a multidisciplinary team to standardize SAP master data, drive AI-enabled analytics, and ensure governance for end-to-end operations worldwide.

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, IT, CS, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 12+ years in an IT leadership role delivering IT solutions for a global consumer goods business.
• Proven ability to define IT strategy, roadmaps and execute complex transformations.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and lead the master data modernization tech roadmap for the supply chain.
• Lead a global team for SAP master data standardization across applications.
• Drive AI, analytics, automation to enable autonomous data creation, governance and optimization.
• Manage portfolio, budget, risk, vendor engagement and trade‑offs for value and scalability.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to align capabilities with plants’ needs.
• Establish governance, metrics, and value tracking for adoption and performance.
• Lead user readiness, change management, training, and deployment plans.
