Job summary

Responsible for shaping the AI roadmap with SAP Joule/Business AI, collaborating with Digital Enablement Product Teams, and promoting responsible AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience applying AI capabilities.
• Experience defining business and product requirements, supporting solution design and testing, developing investment cases, and achieving measurable outcomes in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of SAP Joule, SAP Business AI, and related digital-core capabilities.
• Engage business teams to identify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities; develop business cases with clear value and risks.
• Represent NAOU Supply Chain with SAP Platform teams to shape data and AI roadmaps and use-case development.
• Translate business processes into solution requirements and work with platform/product teams to configure, test, and deploy SAP AI solutions.
• Define governance and measures to track adoption, value realization, and portfolio progress.
