You will work with Design, Product, and Tech leadership to set strategy, scale design systems, and drive customer-centric outcomes in a complex banking ecosystem.

You will recruit and mentor a team of design leaders, champion human-centered methodologies, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver market-leading experiences

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading product design teams and delivering products to market.
• 3+ years managing managers.
• Hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence at designated office.
• Experience building and governing enterprise-grade design systems and platforms.
