EY is seeking an Associate Director to lead audit technology marketing initiatives across the US. You will translate business priorities into strategic programs that drive growth, and partner with senior leaders to shape activation roadmaps.

You will own portfolio prioritization, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure cohesive market presence across key audiences and offerings. Occasional travel; BA/BS and 8–10 years of experience required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
• 8–10 years relevant experience.
• Usually has responsibility for three-to-five subordinate staff members.

• Translate business priorities into a clear strategic marketing approach for audit technology.
• Develop and oversee market-facing strategy for audit technology marketing.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to shape market approach and activation.
• Own portfolio prioritization and trade-offs across initiatives; ensure high-impact work.
• Manage agency and external partner relationships anchored to objectives and KPIs.
• Partner with enabling teams to scale effective approaches and remove friction.
• Set strategic narrative and messaging frameworks for priority markets and offerings.
• Ensure brand quality and risk governance across outputs.
