EY seeks an Associate Director of audit technology marketing in the United States. You will design and lead end-to-end marketing programs to drive growth, strengthen brand positioning, and engage clients across global teams.

You will partner with senior leaders to set strategy, prioritize initiatives, manage agencies, and develop market-facing narratives. Occasional travel is required; 8–10 years of experience and a BA/BS are expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
• No less than 8–10 years relevant experience.
• Usually has responsibility for three-to-five subordinate staff members.

Responsabilités

• Translate business priorities into a clear strategic marketing approach (target audiences, messaging direction, and activation roadmap) that guides team execution focused on audit technology.
• Develop and oversee market-facing strategy for audit technology marketing.
• Confidently serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to shape market approach and activation.
• Own portfolio prioritization and trade-offs across initiatives; ensure the team focuses on the highest-impact work and reduces fragmentation/duplication.
• Manage agency and external partner relationships, anchored to objectives, targeting and KPIs.
• Partner with enabling teams to scale effective approaches and remove execution friction.
• Set strategic narrative and messaging frameworks for priority markets, growth themes and key offerings.
• Ensure brand, quality, and risk alignment across outputs with governance.
