Job summary

The SYGMA Network seeks a Director of Facility and Fleet Maintenance to drive the company's maintenance programs across markets and ensure readiness of assets. This leadership role includes CMMS rollout, vendor management, and capital planning.

You will lead a team of managers, develop maintenance talent, and align policies with corporate standards while managing budgets and reporting to senior operations leadership. Travel ~50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Business, Architecture, Engineering or Construction required.
• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering Management or Construction Management preferred.
• Ten years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of assets across multiple sites and regions.
• Implement corporate maintenance policies to standardize work across the enterprise.
• Recruit, develop, motivate and retain maintenance staff.
• Develop job descriptions and compensation structures for hourly roles.
• Lead CMMS rollout and analytics; manage maintenance budgets and capex.
• Collaborate with executives across Supply Chain, Construction, Finance and Legal.
