A leading health organization seeks a Senior Director of Artificial Intelligence & Digital Transformation to shape its AI strategy and enhance engagement. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in AI implementations and change management. The successful candidate will oversee projects aimed at improving operational efficiency while ensuring ethical practices. The position offers a competitive salary range of $170,600-$200,000 and potential bonuses.
The Senior Director Artificial Intelligence & Digital Transformation will lead the strategic development, implementation, and scaling of AI and digital solutions that advance the organization's mission, improve operational efficiency, and enhance engagement with constituents, donors, and partners. This senior leader will translate organizational goals into actionable AI strategies, ensuring initiatives are ethical, inclusive, and aligned with the organization's values and commitment to equitable health outcomes.
Initially reporting directly to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, this role will oversee an AI & Automation Center of Excellence, manage enterprise-wide digital transformation efforts, and serve as the primary AI advisor to executive leadership. The Senior Director will foster cross-functional collaboration, drive innovation, and ensure successful adoption of transformative technologies across programs, services, fundraising, advocacy, and operations.

Salary Range: The Alzheimer's Association's good faith expectation for the salary range for this role is between $170,600-$200,000
Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus based on both individual and organizational performance, up to 6%
