Job summary

Dynata is seeking a Senior Director, AI Transformation & Value Creation to lead enterprise AI strategy, governance, and change management. You will translate AI capabilities into measurable business value, guiding cross-functional programs across IT, Data Science, and PMO while partnering with executives to drive ROI and adoption.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in transformation, strategy, technology, operations, analytics or consulting.
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Experience with AI, GenAI, automation, advanced analytics or digital transformation.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management and financial acumen.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise AI transformation roadmap.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities aligned to strategic objectives and ROI.
• Create and manage an enterprise portfolio of AI initiatives.

This leader bridges strategy and execution, translating AI capabilities into revenue growth, productivity gains, operational efficiencies, improved decision making, compliance improvements and enhanced customer experiences. The base salary range for this position in is $150K-$200K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
