Job summary
Experian PLC is seeking a Senior Director of Platform Product Engineering to lead the vision and execution of a data-driven Service Catalog platform. This remote-friendly role blends product leadership with hands-on engineering, overseeing front-end, API, and AI-powered capabilities while ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
You will guide architecture, design reviews, and hands-on development, reporting to the VP of Intelligent Automation & Data Platforms.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of people leadership and management experience.
- 8+ years of experience building and delivering platform-based software products.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on software engineering experience with modern web applications, APIs, integrations, and workflow platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for the Service Catalog platform.
- Contribute to the development of the platform and write production-quality code across frontend, APIs, and integrations.
- Shape AI-powered experiences with transparent user interactions and governance.
- Define and track product metrics to improve adoption, user satisfaction, and efficiency.
