Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in supply planning, with deep expertise in optics and switches.
• 8+ years in a role leading teams or projects, with or without direct reports.
• Proven experience leading global teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and MRP.
• Experience implementing planning tools and driving their adoption.
• Experience in supporting data centers, AI, networking systems, or high-performance computing products.
• MBA or advanced degree, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end supply planning strategy and governance, supporting business objectives and revenue goals.
• Develop and evolve a scalable planning framework spanning chips, networking, memory, capacity, and server manufacturing to support rapid growth.
• Ensure the integrity of planning data inputs (BOM structures, factory yields, cycle times) with assumption owners.
• Accelerate time-to-market by reducing supply chain complexity and applying AI-driven planning methodologies.
• Manage and elevate direct reports, ensuring training and knowledge sharing across the organization.
