Job summary

Innovaccer Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management – Risk & Quality in the U.S. to own the strategy, roadmap, and GTM for Risk Adjustment, RADV/Audit Readiness, Quality (HEDIS/Stars), and Compliance solutions.

You will translate regulatory requirements into an AI-native product platform, drive revenue alignment with executive leadership, and ensure market differentiation for health plan partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management or related technology leadership roles.
• 5+ years building and scaling Risk Adjustment, RADV/Audit, or Quality solutions for health plans/payers.
• Deep expertise in Risk Adjustment methodologies (CMS-HCC, RxHCC, HHS-HCC).
• Experience shipping AI/ML capabilities into healthcare workflows (NLP, predictive models).

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year product strategy for Risk Adjustment, RADV Audit Management, and Quality products.
• Lead AI-native roadmap with NLP/LLMs to improve risk accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape product narrative and revenue targets.
