Expedia Group is seeking a senior product leader to own the Agent Tools organization within the Traveler & Partner Service Platform. You will define multi-year roadmaps across Retail, Vrbo, and B2B channels, lead AI-enabled service enhancements, and manage a distributed product and engineering team to deliver high-quality agent tooling.

The role requires deep experience in product leadership, CRM platforms, and driving scalable service automation, with a global impact on travelers and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product and/or technology leadership experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or comparable CRM platforms.
• Experience delivering service automation through product, technology, and AI.

Responsabilités

• Define and deliver the multi-year product and technology roadmap for Agent Tools across Retail, Vrbo, B2B and channels.
• Lead the Salesforce Service Cloud agent desktop build-out and migration from legacy platforms.
• Advance AI-assisted resolution capabilities to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Build business cases and prioritize tooling investments against measurable outcomes.
