Job summary

Iambic Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Associate Director or Director of Alliance Management to serve as the primary relationship lead for external AI discovery collaborations, coordinating cross-functional teams and translating scientific goals into actionable programs.

You will build trusted partnerships across pharma and biotech, oversee governance, and drive integration of timelines, budgets, and milestones while maintaining strategic alignment with Iambic’s platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in alliance management or related programs within biotech/pharma or AI-driven life sciences.
• Experience managing complex scientific collaborations and strategic partnerships.
• Understanding of drug discovery, machine learning, or computational research environments.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence across multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
