Qualifications

10+ years of progressive data/analytics leadership experience.
Experience designing and building modern data platforms.
Proven ability to lead engineers and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

Design target operating model for data engineering and analytics.
Architect data warehouse/lakehouse, governance, and analytics delivery patterns.
Hands-on delivery of Python/SQL/dbt work and cloud infra when needed.
Lead AI-enabled engineering using tools like Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, Databricks AI.
Partner with CIOs, COOs, PMs, and finance to deliver durable data products.
Hire, coach, and manage engineers; establish standards and delivery rituals.
